My advice is dont take solpadeine at all, im now 50 years old and have been taking them from the age of 18, thay have destroyed my life, yes they are a great pain killer if ther is such a thing, but the side effects outway everything ells, i even failed a drug and alc test at work due to them because of the opiat content, try another pain killer, dont mess about with your life

maybe if you could get a smaller mesh or larger seeds they’d have to break them up a bit before they could take them out?

I’ll have to agree with @Joe Drumgoogle. CV’s should focus on achievements and it would be better if your employer also understands the methods and ways by which you have achieved your goals. That would certainly be an additional plus.
